Subject to availability, students enrolled for the full term are offered with: 

• Two (2) make-up credits: For registrations of 9 or more classes.

• One (1) make-up credit: For midterm registrations of 5 to 8 classes.

• Make-up credits will expire at the end of the registered term. Credits cannot be carried over the next term.

• Registration and bookings through Maple Bear, and 24 hours notice required if you want to reschedule your class.

Here are the things you need to know (and prepare) before your trial class: 

1. Bring socks for grown ups and adults (non-slip socks are most preferred) 

2. Come to the class venue 5-10 minutes before your class starts.

3. Make sure your child is in best state as much as possible; though there are instances that the child may not be in the best mood to do the class, this is also okay; teachers will be happy to help ensure that your child will have the best class experience. 

4. (For Level 3 class) please make sure that you are in the centre for your child 15 minutes before the class ends.
   
   Teachers will be calling you back in to the classroom for sharing time (this is a routine activity for Level 3) 

1)    If T1, Amber Rain

• Our satellite classes continue to operate during T1 and Amber Rain.

• Families are best advised to prioritise safety in making their travel plans.

 2)    If T3 and Above / Red Rain and Black Rain

·      Baumhaus will follow the School Policy 

·      Families will be notified by email.

While our operations run as normal, families should ALWAYS be advised to prioritise their safety. (Typhoon warnings are put there for people’s safety, and should never be disregarded)

3)    If the EDB announces Kindergarten school cancellation

·     Baumhaus classes will be cancelled.

·      Families will be notified by email
