When we first opened our doors in 2015, we dreamed of creating a community of families who embrace the philosophies of nurturing the creative individual, building a strong sense of community, and encouraging the next generation to make real connections with people. From facilities to programs, and events, we have done our best to make Baumhaus a second home for you. Because of your support, we have grown into just that.

So from our team—a heartfelt thanks!

We will continually strive to make Baumhaus a beautiful place to make your special memories. Based on your feedback, we have put together this handbook of guidelines/terms and conditions to keep the experience for you and all of our families a safe and pleasant one.

We welcome your collaboration in building this creative community.

  1. General Information

1.1  Warm welcome to Baumhaus ("we," "us," or "our"). These guidelines, terms, and conditions govern all programs, events, facilities, and web platforms provided by our team.

1.2  By registering for sessions, securing bookings, visiting our centre, or using our site, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these guidelines. 

1.3  Baumhaus reserves the right to make the final decision on all matters and may amend these terms at any time. Updated guidelines become effective immediately upon being published.

1.4  Within these guidelines, "Client" denotes the accompanying adult booking sessions or using our spaces, whereas "Child" signifies any young participant exploring our classes or play area.

2. Class Registration & Payment Terms

2.1 Term Classes

2.1.1 Class spaces are registered on a term basis, (Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall Term) with schedules aligned with our published timetable. Full term fees should be paid in advance to confirm your term registration.


2.1.2  Included in the term fee is complimentary weekday playroom access and digital home materials (where applicable) for the registered child.


2.1.3 Baumhaus utilizes an online management system (Parent Portal). Clients are kindly requested to create a personal account prior to securing class bookings. 

2.1.4 Registered Students Benefits 

  • Weekday Access: The term fee includes unlimited weekday playroom access for the registered child throughout the term.

  • Weekend & Holiday Access: Registered students enjoy a discounted entry rate on weekends and public holidays.

  • Siblings Access: Standard sibling entry rates apply for any non-registered siblings.

  • Home Materials: Students registered for at least four consecutive classes within a term will receive digital home materials to continue the musical journey at home.



2.2 Trial Classes

2.2.1  Trial sessions are exclusively available for first-time families, limited to one time per child. The fee is HK$370, which includes complimentary same-day playroom access.



2.2.2  Trial sessions offer families an opportunity to experience the Baumhaus and Kindermusik ethos. We warmly encourage enrolling for a full term after your trial to fully support your child's developmental journey and program continuity.

2.2.3  A Trial class is exclusively available for first-time students and is limited to one time per child.

2.2.4  All participants must pre-register through our Parent Portal. The fee for a trial session is HK$370, which includes complimentary same-day playroom access for the registered child.

2.2.5  As term enrollments are given priority over trial bookings, if a new term enrollment occupies the final space in a class, the most recently booked trial participant will be contacted via email to arrange an alternative date and time. We commit to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice in these instances.

2.2.6  While we strive to accommodate all families, availability for a trial session does not guarantee a permanent slot for the duration of the term. Baumhaus reserves the right to make the final decision on all matters regarding trial bookings and class allocations.

2.2.7  Socks are a requirement for adults, and non-slip socks are highly advisable for children 2 years and above.

2.2.8  Please be aware that a trial class booking is not a reservation for that specific weekly time slot for the full term. Upon enrollment, we will do our best to place your child in a suitable class based on final availability.

2.2.9  Management reserves the right to make the final decision on all matters.


2.3 Payment Policy

2.3.1  All quoted fees are in Hong Kong Dollars and are strictly non-refundable unless otherwise specified.


2.3.2  Session allocations are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Unsettled reservations cannot guarantee a reserved space.

2.3.3  Full term fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable. For families joining after the term has commenced, fees will be pro-rated based on the remaining weeks, subject to availability.



2.4 Class Registration

2.4.1  Class Bookings & Management: Baumhaus utilizes a robust online management system, allowing clients to book classes, settle payments and view the most up-to-date schedules at any time.

2.4.2  Create a personal account on our Parent Portal. All class spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

2.4.3  Included in the term fee is the free weekday playroom access for the registered child throughout the term. Sibling playroom entry rate applies to siblings.

2.4.4  Discounted playroom entry fees apply to registered students on weekends and public holidays.

2.4.5  All clients registered for at least 4 consecutive classes within the term will receive the Kindermusik Digital Home materials.

2.4.6  Once payment has been processed, all bookings are non-refundable and final. 

2.4.7  While Baumhaus remains open on most public holidays from 9am to 6pm, no regular classes are held on these days. 

2.5 Satellite Venue Information

2.6 Private Group Classes

2.6.1  The fee per private group class per child is HKD 380, with a minimum fee per session of HKD 2,280 (based on 6 participating children). An additional transportation charge may apply depending on location. Full private group guidelines are available by request.


2.6.2   Privately organized classes must be requested in advance and are arranged subject to educator availability.

2.6.3   Private Group Classes are privately organized classes running in a private venue.

2.6.4  The minimum required number is 6 children. For families who prefer smaller groups, the minimum fee for 6 children applies.

2.6.5  All participating children/families should know each other. Advertising the classes publicly (including on online forums) is not allowed.

2.6.6  By booking a privately organized Private group class, the host agrees and is responsible to follow our health & safety guidelines. For details, kindly see the basic health and safety guidelines on the next pages.

2.6.7  The fee per Private group class per child is HKD 380. The minimum fee per private class session is HKD 2,280 (based on 6 children attending). Class fees are non-refundable. Class fees need to be settled at least two weeks before the first class.

2.6.8  Two (2) make-up classes in lieu of missed classes are being offered per term. Make up classes may be arranged in the Baumhaus Wan Chai center, subject to availability. Unused make-up classes cannot be used in the next or future terms. (See: Make up terms and conditions)

2.6.9  If the teacher is absent due to unavoidable circumstances and a suitable replacement is unavailable, notice of class cancellation will be given to the group host via email. An additional date will be added to the class dates in lieu of this type of missed class.

2.6.10  Adverse weather conditions can impede upon traveling arrangements. All classes will be cancelled in the event of Black Rain or a Signal T8, or higher. In the event of a lower weather warning (i.e. Amber/Red rain or a Signal T3), the status on the day will be evaluated and the group host will be contacted to confirm if the class will proceed or not.

2.6.11 Baumhaus reserves the right to make final decisions on any disputes.

2.6.12  Baumhaus reserves the right to reschedule sessions if needed.

2.6.13  Baumhaus reserves the right to make changes to these terms & conditions as necessary.

2.7 Others

2.7.1  Whenever mandated in the interest of safety, class structure and size as well as general studio capacities may be adjusted or minimized to ensure a safe social distance between students. All registered clients will be informed by email about any changes. 

2.7.2  Baumhaus reserves the right to postpone centre operations/classes whenever deemed appropriate in the interest of safety. In the case of activity cancellations, all registered clients will be informed about class alternatives by email, which will be reflective of safety precautions at the given time.

In the past terms, some alternatives have been:

  • Online classes

  • Private classes at a private venue (offered when safety numbers are more controlled)

  • Transferring class credits towards a later time

  • Transferring class credits towards an event, playroom or cafe vouchers or to another child


3. Child Illness Policy

3.1  To help us maintain a safe and healthy space for all our families, please refrain from bringing your child to class if they exhibit any signs of illness (including a cough, common cold, or congestion). This ensures the well-being of your little one and our entire community.


3.2 Should our team deem a child to be unwell, Baumhaus reserves the right to request that the child and their accompanying adult step out for the day.


3.3 In accordance with our health protocols, mandatory temperature checks and hand sanitation are required for everyone entering the centre.

3.4 We aim to ensure the environment is as healthy as possible for all of the children and families who attend. In order to minimize your child’s risk of infection, children with any of the following symptoms WILL NOT be admitted to the centre:

  • A temperature over 37.5 degrees Celsius (temperature will be checked on arrival).

  • An earache.

  • A deep, hacking cough.

  • Severe congestion.

  • Difficulty breathing or untreated wheezing.

  • An unexplained rash.

  • Acute symptoms of food poisoning/gastroenteritis.

  • Vomiting (in the last 48 hours).

  • Diarrhoea (in the last 48 hours).

  • Complaints of a stiff neck and headache with one or more of the above symptoms

  • Head lice or nits

  • An infectious /contagious condition.

  • A child who is on an antibiotic for less than 48 hours.

3.5  Baumhaus reserves the right to refuse entry to any child or adult with the slightest flu symptoms and temperature above 37.5 degrees Celsius.

4. Hygiene Policy

4.1 Our family’s well-being is essential to us. Please help us maintain our clean, safe environment by following these steps:

4.1.1 Before Entering:

  • Complete a temperature check.

  • Sanitize hands.

  • Adults and children 2 years and above: Please wear socks.

4.1.2 While In the Center:

  • Give any mouthed toys to our staff for sanitizing.

  • Report any cleaning concerns to our staff.

4.1.3  Our Daily Standards:

  • All toys and surfaces are sanitized daily (and twice when needed).

  • Classroom toys are cleaned after every use.

  • Shared items (scarves, instruments) are washed/sanitized after each use.

  • Our facility is professionally cleaned every day.

5. Code of Conduct

5.1 Classroom Rules


5.1.1  Kindly turn off or silence mobile devices inside the classroom spaces.


5.1.2  Parents or guardians must remain on the premises during sessions. Children under 3 years old require an accompanying adult in class. We observe a strictly enforced one adult per child guideline, and siblings are not permitted inside the classroom.


5.1.3 To support a safe and healthy space for all our families, please refrain from bringing your little one to class if they exhibit any signs of illness (such as congestion, a cough, or common cold). Should our team deem a child unwell during a session, Baumhaus reserves the right to ask the child and their caregiver to step out for the day. (Kindly see item 3, “Child Illness Policy” for full details.)



5.2 Center Rules (Playroom, Studio and Cafe)


5.2.1 For health and hygiene, socks are mandatory for all adults in the playroom and studio areas; bare feet and street shoes are strictly prohibited. Socks may be purchased at reception for HKD $10 per pair.



5.2.2 Consuming food or beverages within classroom spaces and the playroom is strictly forbidden. 

5.2.3  Outside food and drinks are not allowed on the premises, with the exception of baby food for infants up to 2 years old. 

5.2.4  Please take care of your children and your belongings while at Baumhaus. Baumhaus shall not be liable for any personal injury or property damage/loss. 


5.3 Photography, Recording & Use of Mobile Phones

5.3.1  Photography or video recording during active class sessions is strictly prohibited to maintain a focused environment.

5.3.2  Please switch off your mobile phones in the classroom.

5.3.4  Parents/Guardians are not permitted to take photos/videos during class as well as when staying in the playroom.

5.3.5  Baumhaus retains the right to utilize images, audio, and video recordings of young participants for educator training, educational materials, or marketing, unless we receive prior written notice to the contrary.

5.3.6 Management reserves the right to make the ultimate decision regarding all matters and disputes.

5.3.6  Schedules, fees and policies are subject to change without prior notice.

6. Playroom Access Policy

6.1 Our playroom environment is specially curated for children aged 0 to 4 years old.

6.2 For children enrolled in term classes, your fee includes unlimited weekday playroom access throughout the term. Reduced entry rates apply on weekends and public holidays.

6.3 For non-registered visitors, standard drop-in entry is HKD 150 per child (over 6 months old), while babies 5 months and under enter free. Additional siblings enjoy a 50% discount rate.

6.4 Advance reservations are not required for general play, as entry is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis with priority extended to our enrolled families.

6.5 Our cozy Baumhaus Cafe offers a selection of food and drinks for the comfort and convenience of our community. Food and drinks can only be consumed in the cafe area. 

6.6 Playroom Capacity: The maximum number of children permitted in the playroom at any one time is twenty (20). When possible, the Studio areas will be opened up to accommodate more children (maximum 30). In the interests of playroom harmony and safety, Baumhaus reserves the right to refuse entry.

6.7 Footwear & Hygiene: For health and safety reasons, socks are required for all adults and non-slip socks are advisable for children over the age of 2 years old. In accordance with our Illness Policy, temperature checks and the use of hand sanitizer may be required upon entry to the Centre.

6.8 Supervision: The safety of children in our space is our highest priority. Baumhaus provides a curated environment for play and exploration; however, direct supervision of each child is the sole responsibility of their accompanying parent, guardian, or caregiver. Baumhaus Staff are not responsible for monitoring individual children, and caregivers must remain on the premises and within sight of their child at all times.

6.9 Checks: Temperature checks and hand sanitation are mandatory as per our Illness Policy (see item no. 3, “Child Illness Policy”) 

6.10 Prohibited Activities: To ensure a focused and safe environment, the following are strictly prohibited at Baumhaus:

  • Photography or Videography of any children other than your own.

  • The use of mobile devices inside the classroom;

  • The consumption of food and/or drinks inside the classroom and the playroom;

  • The consumption of outside food and drinks in the café area, with the exception of baby food.

6.11 Baumhaus reserves the right to use photos, videos and/or sound recordings of children in the playroom or coffee lounge for teacher training, curriculum, and/or promotional purposes, unless otherwise informed by you in writing. 

6.12 Liability: Baumhaus shall not be held liable for any personal injury, or for loss or damage of personal property occurring on the premises.

6.13 Baumhaus reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

7. Adverse Weather Policy

7.1  For T1 & T3, Amber/Red Rainstorm Warnings🌧 

7.1.1 Baumhaus remains open and operates normally under T1 and T3 signals, as well as Amber or Red Rainstorm warnings. All sessions will proceed as planned. We encourage everyone to take extra care when traveling.


7.1.2 If adverse weather creates difficult travel conditions for your family, kindly reach out via phone or email as soon as possible so our team can assist in finding alternative session options.


7.2  For T8+ or Black Rainstorm Warnings🌀

7.2.1  Baumhaus will suspend operations whenever a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted, or a Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect.


7.2.2  Centre operations and scheduled classes will resume two (2) hours after such weather warnings are officially lowered or cancelled.


7.2.3  Classes cancelled due to severe weather cannot be directly rescheduled. However, if you have unused make-up credits remaining (2–3 during term-time; 1 during camp), you may request a replacement class via our Parent Portal booking system.


7.3 Private Group Classes

7.3.1  Private group sessions will be cancelled in the event of a Black Rainstorm Signal or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or higher. Should a lower warning be active (such as Amber/Red Rain or Signal T3), local conditions will be assessed and the group host will be notified regarding class status.



8. Make-Up Class Policy

8.1 Subject to availability, students enrolled for the full term are offered with:

  • two (2) make-up class credits for students with 9 registered classes and above, and;

  • one (1) make up class credit for students with 5 to 8 registered classes.

These CREDITS MUST BE USED WITHIN THE CURRENT TERM REGISTERED. Please note that make-up classes are non-transferable, and cannot be carried to the next term.

NOTE: Summer Camp single classes (up to 4) are not qualified for make up class credits.

8.2  To qualify for a make-up class, at least 24 hours’ advance notice of absence is required. You may conveniently log your upcoming absence and book your make-up class through our Parent Portal. Our system automatically allows you to schedule a make-up class at least 24 hours before your regular class time. 

IMPORTANT:

  • Late Cancellation: We have implemented a 24-hour booking window to ensure fairness and manage limited make-up class capacity effectively. Requests submitted after this window will require a  mandatory Make-up class reinstatement request.  Processing takes 5–7 business days (excluding weekends).

  • Make-up classes, once booked, cannot be rescheduled. If you fail to attend a booked make-up class, the credit will still be considered used.

  • The make-up class feature is activated only after the first eight weeks of the current term to accommodate full-term enrollees.

While we strive to accommodate every family, options are significantly reduced and a suitable make-up time cannot be guaranteed. If our scheduled dates do not align with your child’s availability, the make-up class will unfortunately be forfeited.

8.3  As term enrollments are given priority, if a new full-term booking occupies the final space in a class, the most recently booked make-up participant will be contacted via email to arrange an alternative day or time. We commit to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice in these instances.


9. Referral Program

9.1 Our referral scheme is designed exclusively for regular term registrations and does not apply during camp offerings (including Easter, Summer, or Winter camps).


9.2 A referred family must be joining Baumhaus programs for the first time (families who have only attended a single trial session remain eligible).


9.3  Each newly joining family may list only one existing client as their referrer.


9.4 Once online registration is complete and term fees are settled, the incoming family will enjoy a 5% savings on their initial term.


9.5 The referring family will receive a 10% promotional code to redeem toward their next term enrollment. Kindly note this benefit cannot be applied to an ongoing term.


9.6 Referral promotional codes may be combined alongside other enrolment savings (such as Early Bird or sibling offers) up to a maximum total discount cap of 10%. Codes possess no monetary trade-in value, are non-transferable, and cannot be applied retroactively.


9.7 Please note that referral benefits are valid exclusively at our Baumhaus Wan Chai studio.

9.8  This referral program is valid starting from the Fall Term 2017 enrollment period at Baumhaus.

9.9  Referring families must have previously or currently participated in Baumhaus programs.

9.10  Referred participants must be brand new to our classes, excepting those who have solely attended a single trial class.

9.11  Our referral guidelines are designed to extend mutual benefits to both referring and joining families.

9.12  Referring clients receive a 10% credit toward their upcoming term for every new family member who completes a term registration citing their name and settles their fees in full.

9.13  Only one individual can be designated as the referrer for each joining family.


9.14  Upon successful submission of online term enrollment, the newly registered family receives a 5% savings on that term’s fee.

9.15  Once the new client settles their booking fee, a 10% referral code will be provided for automatic application on the subsequent term.

9.16  This referral savings cannot be redeemed toward a term that is already underway.

9.17  Referral discounts may be combined with other promotional rates, including Early Bird and sibling offers, up to a maximum total discount of 30%.

9.18  Referral savings apply strictly to regular term registrations and are excluded from holiday camps.

9.19  Referral promotional codes carry no cash value and unused balances cannot be redeemed through alternative means.

9.20  These promotional codes are non-transferable to other parties.

9.21  This offer is strictly non-retroactive and cannot be credited toward past payments or completed terms.  Terms and promotional details remain subject to change without prior notice.

9.22  Baumhaus management reserves the right to make the final determination on all matters.  

Note: Referral discount is only applicable for Baumhaus Wanchai studio only.

9.23  All term-time classes are subject to terms and conditions of Baumhaus, Kindermusik by Baumhaus, and Kindermusik with Crisel.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Baumhaus shall not be held liable for any personal injury, or for loss or damage of personal property occurring on the premises.

10.2 Direct supervision of each child is the sole responsibility of their accompanying adult, who must also look after their personal belongings while visiting Baumhaus.

10.3 Accompanying adults must be attending to their child at all times in the center. 

11. Tickets & Events

11.1  Event passes require advance booking through our portal (and/or our designated ticketing platform) and are strictly non-refundable once confirmed.


11.2  In the interest of safety and comfort, Baumhaus reserves the right to manage overall centre capacity, particularly regarding walk-in guests without prior reservations.

11.3  Baumhaus retains the right to capture photos, video footage, and audio recordings during events. Should you prefer not to have your family included, kindly inform our staff at on-site or notify us via email at events@baumhaus.com.hk

12. Intellectual Property

12.1 All materials across our website, digital media, and physical spaces—including text, visual assets, logos, and curricular content—are the exclusive property of Baumhaus.

12.2 No content may be reproduced, distributed, published, or utilized for commercial purposes without prior express written authorization from Baumhaus management.

13. Miscellaneous

13.1 All term-time offerings remain governed by the terms and conditions of Baumhaus, Kindermusik by Baumhaus, and Kindermusik with Crisel.

13.2 These guidelines and policies are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

13.3 Baumhaus reserves the right to make the final decision on all matters and disputes.


14. Private Playdates

14.1 The maximum number of children for each class is 10 and the minimum number of children is 6. Less children in the class will not result in a lower fee.

Private playdate fee includes same day playroom access for all participants. The playroom fee of 75 HKD applies to siblings who do not attend the private class but would like to join and play in our playroom. 

14.2  Subject to availability. Pre-registration is required. Limited to one per group.

14.2.1 Private Playdate at Baumhaus, Wan Chai

  • Socks are a requirement for adults, and non-slip socks are advisable for children over the age of 4 years old.

  • All participating children need to be registered (latest registration possible onsite on the day of private playdate.

  • No outside food can be brought into Baumhaus with the exception of baby food.

14.2.2 Private Playdate at preferred private venue (transportation fee may apply)

14.3  Full payment is due a minimum of two weeks before the date of the class. Payment is non-refundable.

14.4  One week notice is required for rescheduling. Rescheduled class must be scheduled within a month from the date of the original class, subject to availability. Only one rescheduling is permitted.

14.5 In the event of a dispute, Baumhaus Management reserves the right to make the final decision on all matters. Offer subject to change without notice.


15. Gift vouchers

15.1  Baumhaus vouchers are available for classes and playroom access. 

15.2  Trial class vouchers are subject to Trial Class terms (see above).

15.3  Same-day playroom access is valid for (trial) class vouchers (on the day the voucher is redeemed).

15.4  The day and time on which you attend the class with your voucher will not necessarily be available for the remainder of the term. To schedule your class please email info@baumhaus.com.hk. We will do our best to find a suitable slot for your child.

15.5  Lost, expired and/or images of vouchers cannot be redeemed.

15.6  Management reserves the right to make the final decision on all matters. 



16. Birthday Parties

16.1  Exclusive Birthday Parties

16.1.1 Only applicable on Public Holidays (subject to availability). 

16.1.2 A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Reservation is not confirmed until after a deposit is made.

16.1.3  The full payment balance is due 2 weeks prior to the party date. Final numbers must be confirmed at this time.

16.1.3.1 Payments can be settled via online bank transfer, EPS or cheque. 

16.1.3.2 A copy of the confirmation must be sent to the Events Coordinator.

16.1.3.3 Payment will not be accepted on the day of the party. 

16.1.3.4 We do not accept cash payments. 

16.1.4  Baumhaus Playroom Etiquette applies to all families attending events at Baumhaus. 

16.1.4.1 All guests are required to wear socks in the classroom and playroom area.

16.1.4.2 Children under 4-years-old are not required to wear socks. 

16.1.4.3 The party host is responsible for reminding their guests. 

16.1.4.4 Adult socks can be purchased at our reception for $10 HKD.

16.1.5 Time Extensions prior to Party: Parties may extend their allotted time prior to the date of the event as follows: HKD 1500/hour, an additional $1,000 HKD for food and beverages applies.

16.1.6 Food and beverages shall be ordered through the Baumhaus Cafe. 

16.1.6.1 You are welcome to bring your own birthday cake. There is no cake-cutting fee. 

16.1.6.2 Alcoholic Beverages are not permitted at Baumhaus during daytime events and parties. 

16.1.6.3 Some exceptions can be made for exclusive parties upon approval from Events coordinator. 

16.1.6.4 In the case of a catering dispute, the Catering Manager reserves the right to make the final decision on all matters. 

16.1.7 Cancellation Policy

16.1.7.1 Postponement of a booking will only be accepted in the event of a Black Rainstorm Warning or if a Typhoon No.8 or above is hoisted at or before 7am on the day of your party. Fees will not be refunded but the party may be rescheduled within 2 months, subject to availability. 

16.1.7.2 In the event that the party needs to be postpone due to unavoidable circumstances, a minimum of 3 days notice is required. There will be a  $2,000 HKD fee to reschedule. If the food package is cancelled later than 3 days in advance notice, payment for such is forfeited.

16.1.8  In the event of a dispute, Baumhaus and its staff reserves the right to make the final decision on all matters.

16.2  Mobile Parties:

16.2.1  Mobile Parties by Baumhaus are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to teacher availability. After filling an online inquiry form, the events coordinator will reach out within 2-3 days. Bookings cannot be made over the phone. 

16.2.2  The full payment for the selected mobile party package is due on invoice receipt. Final numbers must be confirmed at this time.

16.2.2.1 If more children attend on the day of the party, the package would have to be adjusted and the balance payment made directly after the party.

16.2.2.2  Fees paid for additional children who do not attend the party will not be refunded.

16.2.2.3 Payments can be settled via online bank transfer, EPS or cheque. 

16.2.2.4 A copy of the confirmation must be sent to the Events Coordinator.

16.2.2.5 Payment will not be accepted on the day of the party. 

16.2.2.6 We do not accept cash payments. 

16.2.3 Cancellation Policy

16.2.3.1 Postponement of a booking will only be accepted in the event of a Black Rainstorm Warning or if a Typhoon No.8 or above is hoisted at or before 7am on the day of your party. Fees will not be refunded but the party may be rescheduled within 2 months, subject to availability. 

16.2.3.2 In the event that the party needs to be postponed due to unavoidable circumstances, a minimum of 3 days notice is required. There will be a HKD 1,000 fee to reschedule.

16.2.4 In the event of a dispute, Baumhaus and its staff reserves the right to make the final decision on all matters.
