Baumhaus Family Media Release Statement
Your child's safety and privacy come first. At Baumhaus, we cherish the joyful moments we share and may occasionally capture photos or videos for our community. Please know that we do so with the highest regard for your family's privacy, and we will always prioritise the protection and comfort of every child.
To help share our story and mission, we occasionally use photographs, videos, and audio recordings. This release outlines the agreement for the use of such content featuring you or your child.
Grant of Rights

I grant Baumhaus Concepts Limited the right to use, reproduce, exhibit, publish, modify, and distribute my and/or my child’s image, likeness, voice, and name (collectively, “Recordings”) in connection with its organizational mission.
These Recordings may be used for marketing, educational, and promotional purposes across any media, now known or later developed, including, but not limited to: print materials, digital publications, the Baumhaus website, social media platforms, television, radio, and internal presentations.

I understand and agree that I will not receive any monetary compensation, royalties, or other payment for the use of these Recordings.

Waiver of Inspection and Liability

I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished products or the specific manner in which they are used. I release Baumhaus Concepts Limited, its employees, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that I may now or hereafter have related to the use of these Recordings, including those based on privacy or publicity rights.
Unless I have provided separate, written consent, Recordings used publicly will not be identified by my or my child’s full name. However, I understand and acknowledge that recognition by likeness alone is possible.

I understand that I may withdraw this consent for future use at any time by submitting a written request to info@baumhaus.com.hk or call 2321 5898. Withdrawal will not affect uses that have already occurred prior to the receipt of request.

By clicking on "Agree" below, I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor mentioned in this document. I have read this release and fully understand its contents. I hereby provide the grants, waivers, and consents contained herein on behalf of both myself and the minor.
