To make the most of your trial class, the most important thing is to be relaxed and ready for fun. Our educators recognize that every child is unique; your presence as a calm and positive caregiver is the best support you can provide.
π©βπ§ During the Class: Engage and Enjoy
Participating actively is the best way to help your child feel secure. When they see you smiling and involved, they feel encouraged to join in. We recommend putting phones away to stay fully present.
Let your child lead the way. It is completely natural for some children to observe from the safety of your lap before they feel comfortable exploring.
Don't worry about doing everything "right." Our priority is your child's comfort and safety so they can enjoy the learning journey.
π± Supporting a Cautious Learner
If your little one is feeling a bit shy or nervous, keep these tips in mind:
Stay Close: A reassuring cuddle on your lap is often exactly what a nervous child needs.
Model Enthusiasm: Your own enjoyment of the music and instruments is the warmest invitation for them to participate.
Be Patient: Cuddling or watching is perfectly okay. We avoid forced participation, and our teachers are always available to offer guidance.
π Post-Trial Tips and Next Steps
Enjoy the Playroom: Your trial fee includes same-day playroom access at Baumhaus Wanchai βa great way to finish your visit on a high note!
Trust the Process: Many children take three or four sessions to fully engage. We recommend a minimum of 5 classes to truly see the progress and benefits of Kindermusik by Baumhaus.
π Quick Preparation Checklist
Wear Socks: Please bring socks for all adults (non-slip versions are ideal).
Punctuality: Please arrive at the venue on time.
Child's Wellbeing: Try to ensure your child is well-rested; if they are having an off day, our teachers are here to help them have a positive experience regardless.
Level 3 and Level 4 Parents/caregivers: Please return to the classroom 15 minutes before class ends for our routine sharing time.
We look forward to a wonderful class with you. Have fun!
