What is Radiant Body Yoga?
It is a unique combination of hatha and kundalini yoga. Kundalini yoga is a potent combination of physical postures (asana), breath work (pranayama), kriya (series of movements with breath), meditation, and chanting of mantras. People from all ages and levels can practice and benefit from it.
