MummyFit: Pim & Becky

MummyFit exercise classes are designed for pregnant and postnatal women, preparing you for labor and covering all aspects of your fitness including cardio, strength and balance. A mix of Pilates, Barre, aerobics and strength training, you will also learn how to activate your deep ‘core’ abdominals and pelvic floor, muscles that are particularly important during pregnancy and to assist you in bouncing back following the birth of your baby.
